Description:
A Semi going north bound turned infront of me just as I approaced a greenlight going south bound at about 50 miles an hour. This happened at the intersection of I 20/59 and Highway 19, in Meridian, Ms.

The driver of the semi had no injuries. His truck had little damage. I was taken to the hospital via ambulance with neck, shoulder, back injuries and airbag burns to the left forearm. My twin 5 year old girls were in the backseat secured in carseats. They recieved seatbelt burns to their necks but otherwise were unharmed.
