Description:
28 year old driver and 21 year old female passenger walked away from what could possibly be the highest speed crash we've ever seen. Police estimate the car was going 199 MPH when it lost control and crashed into the guardrail.

The prior record was 197 MPH in the infamous Ferrari Enzo crash on the Pacific Coast Highway several years ago.
