Had not yet reigstered my new baby in my name, only had her just over 2 weeks, when on the of 6th of November 2006 on my way to a wedding a 4x4 HiLux King Cab turned into my lane hitting me literally head on, writing my baby off. The driver was a lawyer who had his wife and child in the car,he made sure that he left the scene extremely quickly. Days later I heard he bragged to a friend that he destroyed a Porsche on the weekend which had a female driver, unfortunately for him the friend was acquainted with the driver and the lawyer was made aware that the driver had done a few high speed training courses, track days,etc, and was not going to get away with blaming the female driver.
