This SUV was traveling 85 in a 25 down a hill in heavy rain. The SUV proceeded to slide out before it jumped an obstacle on the side of the road causing it to flip forward on top of itself. there were five occupants in the car at the time of the accident, three were unharmed while one suffered a severed spinal cord resulting in permanent paralysis from the chest down and another with five broken vertebrae.
