BMW 3-8 Series 5-Series

Driver got sudden cramp in right leg, and while reaching for it, the SUV in front, (Lincoln Navigator) hit the brakes hard. Driver tried to slam on the brakes, but his foot slipped onto the accelerator and slammed into the back of the Navigator. Luckily the driver came out without a scratch.
