Driver of Jag was driving down a road that never had any stop signs on it, but recently had a new stop sign installed at one of the intersections. The driver, having driven on this road numerous times, was not aware of the new stop sign. The driver was momentarily distracted just before he rear-ended a blue SUV at 40mph. The couple in the SUV drove away without injury, while the driver of the Jag suffered a cracked Sternum and broken wrist.
