That's happened on february 10th. On this date, we were at the summer. Beyond high temperatures, also happens heavy storms. Sao Paulo, is a city that is not ready, to deal to storms. Every summer, is normal, to see floods like these. This poor Lambo, was parked on the wrong place, at the wrong moment (along to other cars).
