the Maserati’s driver lost control when he tried to make a left turn from Outer Traffic Circle onto eastbound Los Coyotes Diagonal at a high speed, police said. The car ended up hitting a tree with enough force to shear it in half, leaving the wreckage sitting in front of the In-N-Out Burger on Los Coyotes Diagonal. First-responders found Testone still in the car, police said. He died at the scene. The authorities suspect alcohol may have been a factor in the crash and are continuing their investigation, police said.
