Young grandson of Moroccan Billionaire, named Hamza Dirham (the equivalent of dollar in Arabic) posted a video partying, drinking and driving in his Ferrari, and finally crashing into three cars in the early morning. Obviously, he appears drunk and still makes jokes and calls out the insurance agent who is filling out the paperwork (constateur in French). Policemen present at the scene apparently ignore the situation and do not hold him back. His attitude caused national outrage and the video quickly became viral. He soon was arrested for undisclosed charges. Policemen who were at the accident scene and did not dare to react are now under investigation. To be continued...
