A lawyer escaped with no injuries - except to his dignity - when he accidentally crashed his Bentley into a food court at the Menara Millennium in Damansara this morning. It is understood that the man, 51, was about to exit the parking lot and had grabbed his access card to tap the reader. However, he dropped the card on the floor of the car. While struggling to retrieve it, the man accidentally floored the accelerator and the car lurched forward. The car rammed three guardrails and crashed into the building's dining area. He was fortunate as there were no diners in the area at the time. City police Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department (TEID) officer Deputy Superintendent Shafie Daud said the man escaped unhurt and no injuries were reported. "We have recorded his statement and acquired CCTV footage from the building management for further investigation," he said.
