Ferrari 488 Spider

A driver didn't stick around after crashing a Ferrari into a parked advertising van and transformer box Thursday afternoon in Westwood. Witnesses saw the silver Ferrari 488 convertible barreling east on Wilshire Boulevard when the driver slammed into a van advertising Spanish language lessons. The collision left a large gash along the side of the van near the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Comstock Avenue. The LAPD confirmed the car, which did not have license plates, was not stolen. Investigators identified the owner and will be conducting a follow-up investigation, according to the department. No injuries were reported.
