One of the two Britons arrested over a deadly hit-and-run on the Costa del Sol is the son of a multi-millionaire property developer, it emerged today. Westley Capper, 38, has been remanded in a Spanish prison after a woman was struck and killed by a high-powered car in the town of San Pedro de Alcantara last night. The crash - which reportedly involved a Bentley with a UK number plate - sent the victim flying 100 feet through the air, investigators said. She was rushed to hospital with critical injuries, but later died.
