Although the details of the accident are scarce, it is said that the driver rammed his hybrid sportscar into a Mercedes-Benz. Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident and this is apparently the first i8 to be involved in an accident in Vietnam, where it costs approximately VND 7 billion (USD 311,430). The incident happened in the capital city of Hanoi.
