Nissan GT-R Liberty Walk
Nissan GT-R Liberty Walk
The details of the incident are currently as unclear as the water the car found itself in, but rumours are circulating that the driver was racing a Nissan 350Z, which lost control in the slippery conditions, hitting the GT-R and forcing it off the road and into the deep water. Furthermore, the driver of the GT-R is reported to be the owner of a well-known car customisation shop, of which the unique GT-R’s owner was a client. Water damage can be absolutely fatal to a car, flooding the engine and destroying the electronics, so it’s unlikely that this GT-R will ever hit the road again. The Liberty Walk body kit for the Nissan GT-R costs around $27,000, so this is a fairly expensive accident.
